Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Picklumora uses personal information when you visit picklumora.com, place an order or contact us. The business identified in the seller information at the end of this page is responsible for this use of your information. For privacy questions, email support@picklumora.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: your name, email, telephone number and account details, if you create an account.
  • Order information: products purchased, billing and delivery addresses, order references, payment status, transaction details and tracking information. Customs information is collected only where needed for lawful delivery.
  • Support information: messages and any photos, videos or other details you choose to provide about an order or product issue.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, security logs and cookies or similar identifiers used by the storefront.

Information is collected from you and through the storefront. Payment, delivery and platform providers may also give us transaction status, delivery updates or security information. Payment details are processed through the checkout and payment provider; we receive the information needed to confirm and manage the transaction.

2. How and why we use information

  • To fulfil a contract or take steps at your request: process orders and payments, deliver goods, manage an account, answer purchase enquiries and handle returns or guarantee claims.
  • To meet legal obligations: maintain required records, handle consumer requests and respond to lawful authorities.
  • For legitimate interests, where permitted: prevent fraud, maintain site security and service reliability, resolve disputes and understand basic store performance through platform reports, while considering your rights.
  • With consent where required: send requested marketing emails or use optional cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Information needed for payment and delivery is necessary to process your order. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not currently use independent advertising pixels or third-party behavioural-advertising tools.

3. Who receives information

We share information only as needed with providers that help run the store: Shoplazza for storefront hosting and order systems; payment and fraud-prevention providers; warehouses, couriers and customs services for delivery; and email, customer-support and professional service providers for communications, accounting or legal matters. Their access is limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose.

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. If the business changes ownership, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable privacy safeguards and any required notice.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information about Shoplazza’s platform processing is available in its Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies help the storefront provide functions such as the cart, checkout, authentication, security and requested preferences. Some expire when a session ends; others remain for the period needed for the relevant function or preference. Browser controls let you view stored cookies and their expiry dates, remove them or block them.

Platform reports may use technical or transaction information to help us understand store operation. Where optional analytics or other non-essential cookies require consent, we use them only after the required permission is given. Strictly necessary cookies do not depend on optional marketing consent.

If we introduce independent analytics or advertising tools, we will update the information provided and obtain consent where required before enabling them. Where an optional-cookie choice is offered, you can accept, reject or adjust it and later withdraw it through the available privacy control or by contacting us. Blocking essential cookies may affect the cart or checkout.

5. Marketing emails

If you choose to subscribe, we use your email to send our offers or store news. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting support@picklumora.com. Necessary order, delivery and support messages continue independently of marketing preferences.

6. Retention

We retain information according to its purpose: order and payment records for fulfilment and the applicable tax, accounting and consumer-claim periods; support records until the issue is resolved and related guarantee or claim periods have passed; and account information while the account remains active, followed by any required record-retention period.

Marketing information is kept while your consent or subscription remains current. After withdrawal, we may keep a minimal suppression record to respect your preference. Technical and cookie information is kept for the period needed for the function, security investigation or relevant platform setting. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to required records, disputes and secure backup cycles.

7. International processing

Using an international storefront and delivery network may involve processing outside your country. Shoplazza discloses processing in locations including Canada, Hong Kong, mainland China and the United States. Fulfilment providers also process the information needed in dispatch and delivery countries.

We permit international transfers only as allowed by applicable law and with the safeguards required for the transfer. These may include an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Shoplazza’s processing is governed by its Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information and how to obtain a copy, where applicable.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of your information, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your local privacy authority and appeal a decision on a request where the law provides that right.

Email support@picklumora.com to make a request. We may reasonably verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority. We aim to respond within one month, or within any shorter period required by law. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain the reason and timing. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If a legally recognised preference signal applies to a processing activity we carry out, we will honour it as required. Because we do not sell information or use cross-context behavioural advertising, there is currently no such advertising activity to opt out of.

9. Security and children

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and the security features of our service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security.

The store is intended for general retail shopping and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us if a child has provided information without the required permission.

10. Updates and contact

We will update this policy if our data practices change and provide any further notice or consent request required by law. For a privacy enquiry or request, contact support@picklumora.com. The responsible business’s details are provided in the seller information at the end of this page.
